 THUNDER BARS
These bars of soap are made in a friend’s kitchen, much like our grandparents made soap way back
when. The differences are few: the manufacturer buys and uses purchased lye (leached from wood
ashes), which makes for a more exacting recipe(s), and adds vegetable (biodegradable) and essential
oils to enhance the texture and the long lasting fragrances of each bar of soap. Note: At the end of the
soap making process, there is no lye left due to the reaction that takes place between the lye and the
oils (saponification). Thus THUNDER BARS, a great quality (a product I am very proud of) and refreshing
soap is produced. These are tallow based soaps, hard, natural and very long lasting, with a nice lather.
As these bars are hand made and hand cut, each batch will vary in color and each bar of soap will vary
slightly in size. Bars are available in several sizes: 1oz or 5oz unless requested or otherwise listed. Add
water and enjoy.I believe in quality and I hope you will agree THUNDER BARS is a great product made by a great
